We want to make your life a little easier, and get your package to you safely and quickly.

For in-stock diamonds that don't have an accompanying jewelry item:

  • Orders placed and payment approved by 12:00 PM Monday - Friday ET will ship the same day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET or on Saturday, Sundays or holidays will ship no later than the next business day pending payment approval.
  • Business days are Monday - Friday (excluding U.S. federal holidays).

Additional time will be required for jewelry orders or other orders requiring ring sizing, special orders, and personalized items. This additional time is reflected in the Estimated Arrival date on the individual product information pages, in the shopping bag and throughout the checkout process.  Most jewelry items ship in 3 weeks.  All of them are custom made to your finger size and gold color.

Returns & Exchanges

If you're not happy with your purchase, we want to make it right. You can return or exchange your diamond for up to 14 days after purchase.* You can handle the return of your Arctic Ice Diamond purchase by contacting customer support.

  • Diamonds can be returned if they are fully intact and not chipped and must be accompanied by the original packaging, grading reports, instructions and warranty information.
  • Diamonds returned without grading reports will incur a $250 replacement fee.
  • We cannot accept returns on jewelry items.  They are all custom made and cannot be returned.
  • You can't return or exchange custom-designed merchandise, special-ordered or any personalized engraved merchandise.

Preparing Your Return By Mail

To return a shipped item to, please follow these steps.

  • Indicate the reason for your return in the Return Reason column on the packing slip next to the item you're returning.
  • Include the packing slip and all original documents in the package.
  • Ship your package with a paid return label and insured for the full purchase price. This return label can be purchased at any UPS, FedEx or USPS package delivery provider.
  • Your packing slip MUST accompany the return.
  • All returns will be inspected by our Quality Assurance team before we can process a refund.
  • We'll credit your original payment method, excluding delivery charges, within 30 days of receiving your return. isn't responsible for merchandise that's not received or not returned in accordance with these terms.
